Dry Needling
Using very thin acupuncture needle. The goal is to insert them in the muscle knots to release them and to harmonise fascial and soft tissue, reducing pain, inflammation and restore movement. The needles stay in the body for five to twenty minutes creating a strong stimulation.
Remedial Massage
Using manual techniques, remedial massage improves blood and lymphatic flow, reduces tension and spasm in the muscles removing knots and myofascial tension. It used trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and stretches to rebalance the musculoskeletal system.
